HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PROCESSED CORRECTLY?
Once the order has been received by our systems, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, then you must contact our customer service department to request information.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT CORRECT?
If, exceptionally, you receive a product that does not correspond to what you ordered, you can contact Customer Service by email or by phone so that we can solve the problem.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN POLICIES?
If the product is not customized, it can be returned within 15 days and only 100 pesos will be charged for the return cost, which will be deducted from the total amount paid.
If the product is customized, returns cannot be made.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the return is accepted, you will receive the amount in the same way the purchase was made.
ARE THE PRICES OF THE ONLINE STORE AND THE PHYSICAL STORE THE SAME?
Yes, they are exactly the same prices, but there may be exclusive promotions for the online store or physical store, which will be communicated through our social networks.
IN WHICH AREAS CAN YOU BUY ONLINE?
Currently, the shipping service is only available in Mexico City.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you want your order to arrive at different addresses you will have to generate different orders.
